    Capacitors is made in USSR by 1980s. New, old stock.
    Lot of 10 capacitors
    The K40Y-9 are high quality PIO capacitors made for military. The conductor is made of aluminum foil and thedielectric is oil saturated paper, glass sealed in a metal body. These capacitors provide excellent sonic characteristics, high tolerance is kept within a wide temperature range. The dimensions are shown in the second image.
