    Description

    W
e are proud to welcome you to
    The Green Grove Garden
    .
We were active plant propagators and Nursery owners for a number of years specializing in the production of plant plugs and seedlings for our on farm use. We have learned a great deal about seedling production, proper storage, handling and identification of quality seeds to be able to offer you the finest and freshest seeds available. Here is another of our prized offerings:
CAPE GOOSEBERRY AUTUMN 100 SEEDS GROUND CHERRY RARE FALL FRUIT HEIRLOOM SWEET US
    * Our Non- GMO Cape Gooseberry is a very unique and underrated garden fruit to cultivate.
    * Not only does the rare Cape Gooseberry taste great, but they're also great for you.  These sweet, tasty, fruits are packed with Vitamin C and phytonutrients.  In fact, they're being studied for a variety of health benefits including prevention of gray hair, enhancing memory power and even prevention of hair loss!
    * Gooseberries health benefits are linked to a couple antioxidants called Flavones and Anthocyanins.  These two powerful antioxidants can, supposedly, fight things like aging, cancer, neurological diseases and even inflammation.
    * I've also read that Gooseberries, unlike other fruits, do NOT lose their Vitamin C potency during the cooking process.  This could possibly be linked to their other high antioxidant properties.
    * We're offering a rare, Open-Pollinated, heirloom variety of Gooseberry that is a consistent, high yielding producer!
    * It has a funny Chinese lantern appearance.
    * It is easy to grow and is excellent for a beginner gardener.
    * The Cape Gooseberry produces a delicious yellow orange fruit inside a husk that is similar to a slightly tangy Pineapple.
    * They can dipped in Chocolate for a flavor sensation.  They can also be used for preserves and pies.
    * The Cape Gooseberry will do well in containers or pots.
    * Always consult a Physician before consuming this as part of your diet.
