Estate find 9" Antique painted-eyed Lenci doll in colorful outfit

This doll is from a local estate and I personally do not have a story on it. I will do my best to describe him and mention areas of flaws that I see with the knowledge I have.  Please understand that I do not collect these type dolls and this is one of the first vintage Lenci dolls I've ever had the pleasure of seeing! I may omit something important to you so please feel free to contact me with any questions!
Basic info first.....
Doll is approximately 9" tall. (Hat brings it to 11.5") Made of felt,  jointed at neck, arms and hips. Face is blushed,  and googly eyes are painted. He has raised molding underneath eyebrows.  Hair is made of felt.
Dressed in a multi layered ensemble.  He wears a cotton shirt with double layer felt vest. Outer vest has decorative felt appliques as seen.
Tan felt pants, shoes and socks.
Hat is adorned with a felt flower and natural feather as seen!
Now as to condition!
This doll is in pretty good condition.
Cotton shirt sleeves look a bit yellowed and one has a deeper yellow stain near the back. No holes on the cotton shirt. The vests are great with no holes.  Tan pants have several small holes as seen in the photo. Shoes and socks have no issues and are sewn on.
Face and body show very minimal areas of surface dirt.
Hat appears to be in good condition and both flower and feather are still sewn on. The hat is in place on his head using a pin.
I cannot find any tag or maker's label on him but believe him to me authentic Lenci based on comparison both with the other Lenci doll listed as well as compared to other researched dolls.
I believe this doll is a true beauty and certainly a rare survivor and therefore I truly wish for him to go to a good home!!  Again please feel free to ask any questions you may have.  I have another doll from this estate as well!
My home is smoke and pet free. And upon checking this doll I find no odors.
