Condition: Some of the pages have marks from use or other minor signs of wear. This entire kit was inside a briefcase that was inside of a storage unit for a long time. It does smell a little musty. I have since been cleaning and airing the kit out for a few days and the smell is improving but please note that a little bit of a musty smell may linger.
